Overview of  Deuteronomy Joshua Judges Ruth

 

 

Deuteronomy 31:14 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Behold, the time for you to die is near; call Joshua, and present yourselves at the tent of meeting, that I may commission him." So Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves at the tent of meeting.

 

Deuteronomy 31:23 Then He commissioned Joshua the son of Nun, and said, "Be strong and courageous, for you shall bring the sons of Israel into the land which I swore to them, and I will be with you."

 

Deuteronomy 31:24 And it came about, when Moses finished writing the words of this law in a book until they were complete

 

Deuteronomy 31:26 Take this book of the law and place it beside the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may remain there as a witness against you.

 

Deuteronomy 32:3 I proclaim the name of the LORD; I ascribe greatness to our God!

 

Deuteronomy 32:4 The Rock! His work is perfect, for all His ways are just; A God of faithfulness

 

Deuteronomy 32:18 You neglected the Rock who begot you, and forgot the God who gave you birth.

 

Deuteronomy 34:5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab

 

 

Joshua 24:15 As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

 

 

Joshua 24:18 We will serve the LORD, for He is our God.

 

 

Joshua 24:19 Then Joshua said to the people, "You will not be able to serve the LORD, for He is a holy God.”

 

 

Joshua 24:21 And the people said to Joshua, "No, but we will serve the LORD."

 

 

Joshua 24:22 And Joshua said to the people, "You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen for yourselves the LORD, to serve Him." And they said, "We are witnesses."

Joshua 24:26 And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God

 

Joshua 24:29 And it came about after these things that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being one hundred and ten years old.

Joshua 24:30 And they buried him in the territory of his inheritance in Timnath-serah, which is in the hill country of Ephraim, on the north of Mount Gaash.

 

 

 

 

Psalm 6:4 O LORD, rescue my soul; Save me because of Your lovingkindness.

 

 

Psalm 40:17 Since I am afflicted and needy, let the Lord be mindful of me.
